📦 Shipping & Delivery Questions

1️⃣ When will my order arrive?
Delivery times depend on the shipping company you choose. We work with a network of reliable delivery agents in major cities. Typically, orders are delivered within 1–3 business days after confirmation.

2️⃣ Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, our partnered shipping companies deliver within the country to selected cities listed on our delivery page.

If you would like to ship internationally, our store team can assist you via WhatsApp. We will provide product weight information and calculate shipping costs with international carriers not currently integrated into our system.

3️⃣ What if my product has a manufacturing defect?
Please review our Return & Exchange Policy for detailed instructions. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, the return is accepted:

• Shipping to the company will be covered.
• Return shipping to the customer is the customer’s responsibility.
• Product cost will not be charged to the customer, in accordance with our return policy.
